My wife and I are looking for a responsible, respectful, and considerate roommate to share our beautiful home in a quiet, gated community in Loxahatchee. We take pride in maintaining a clean, peaceful, and welcoming environment and are looking for someone who values the same.

• Rent: $1,500 per month. We are willing to be flexible for the right applicant.
• Room Details: Private bedroom. Large walk-in closet. Spacious private bathroom. Furnished or unfurnished—your choice. Located in a beautiful two-story home. Move-in ready now.
• Location: Conveniently located off Southern Blvd, just minutes from; Palm Beach State College, Lion Country Safari, shopping, restaurants, and major roadways.
• Parking: Private driveway parking available.
• Utilities: All utilities included! High-speed internet, electricity, gas, and water are covered. (Food is not included.)
• Availability: Move-in ready now.
• Amenities: The community offers fantastic amenities, including a resort style swimming pool, fitness center, a beautiful Lake House clubhouse, and walking paths and scenic surroundings. The home also includes a full-size washer and dryer (scheduled laundry times) for your convenience.

House Rules:
• No Smoking inside the home.
• No Pets.
• No Heavy Drinking or disruptive behavior.
• Absolutely No Drugs permitted.
• Guests are welcome, but overnight guests may stay no more than two consecutive nights per week.
• Please respect everyone's privacy and keep noise to a minimum.
• Must follow all HOA rules while using community amenities.
• Because I work remotely from home, applicants must work or attend school outside the home.

About You:
• Male or female professional or student (no pets).
• Employed outside the home or is a full-time student.
• Someone who has a steady source of income
• Communicates well and has a positive attitude.
• Enjoys a quiet and peaceful living environment without too many frequent guests.
• Clean, organized, and respectful of shared spaces
• We prefer a single occupant, but we may reconsider for the right people and for an adjusted rental amount.

Lease Terms:
• Rent: $1,500/month.
• Minimum lease: 6 months (1-year lease preferred).
• Security deposit equals one month's rent.
• Rent paid after the 5th of the month will incur a $100 late fee for each week it remains unpaid.
• Move-in requires the first month’s rent + security deposit + passing a background check.

Application Requirement:

To be approved and move in, you must pass a background check. The background check fee is 41.95.
