Looking for a reliable and respectful roommate to share a beautifully renovated 2 bed / 2 bath duplex apartment in Lantana. The available private room is unfurnished (though I’m open to providing some essentials if needed) and rent is $900/month, $1800 to move in.

You’d be sharing the home with me and two super friendly cats. I’m a chill, considerate guy who works full-time as an electrician and picks up side jobs on nights and weekends. I’m usually up by 6am and in bed by 10–11pm. The other tenant, who lives in the other unit, has been here for over 30 years. Who’s kind, quiet, and amazing. What’s included: • Fully furnished shared spaces: kitchen, living room, and patio • Washer & dryer in the garage • Utilities average $100/month • Brand new: kitchen cabinets, counters, microwave, stove, dishwasher, both bathrooms, lighting, floors – everything’s been redone

The vibe: • Quiet, friendly neighborhood • Beach is a 6-minute drive or 11-minute bike ride • Two public parks within walking distance (.3 and .8 miles) • Grocery stores: 4 within a mile, 2 within a half mile • Great local restaurants nearby • Easy access to public transportation and safe for biking

I’d prefer a female roommate but am open to a male roommate too - cleanliness and shared responsibility matter most. If you’re someone who enjoys cooking at home, even better!

There is an application process that includes a background check, credit check, references, and rental history. (Your credit score isn’t as important to me as having a solid rental history.)

The lease runs through May 31, 2026, so I’m ideally looking for someone to stay through then. If you need help moving, I’ve got two trucks and am happy to lend a hand.
