Luxury private bed/bath on Intracoastal

Aura Seaside luxury rental community in Lantana: Seeking roommate for fourth floor unit, with fully furnished common area; all you need to bring is your own private bed/bath furnishings. $1302 base and around $1400-1450 with utilities and optional TV subscription services. Lease runs through 8/18/25, but we’ll find out about three months in advance what the offer for pricing will be for the upcoming year, so you have plenty of time to consider whether you’d like to renew. Bed and bath are on opposite side of the common area from mine, and are across a small hallway from each other — that area can be closed off to make it en suite by a door that slides out of the wall. Ceiling fan and walk-in closet in bedroom; large bathroom with spacious linen closet and plenty of room for storage under the counter and large mirror above.

The common area is an open floor plan, typically bathed in natural light due to large LR sliders covering the walls that lead out to the balcony. Stacked HE washer/dryer in kitchen closet, dishwasher, water purifier, coffee maker, toaster oven, blender…Pretty much all appliances aside from an air fryer are already here. Ample seating between dining room table, breakfast bar and living room. Your own pantry and dedicated storage shelves in kitchen, and cubes in dining room. New printer in shared desk/work area that you’re welcome to use if we share ink costs. Balcony furniture brand new and comfortable year-round in the shade, with cross breezes off the water as well as from the west and south. In the pics you’ll see a sun umbrella available if the sun is too bright during the day. Great view of fireworks in countless spots from the balcony or a closer view of the local show can be seen by walking down to the seawall. Wonderful location for stargazing too!

Gorgeous community right on the Intracoastal with nearly every amenity you could ask for. Two-story state of the art gym, clubhouse, and business center overlooking infinity pool and hot tub, surrounded by daybeds and other seating options on deck, right next to the Intracoastal. Fire pit with ample seating, hammocks between palm trees, and pavilion with grills, pizza oven, full outdoor kitchen, ample seating options and TV. Optional indoor storage, reserved parking, private garages, and EV charging available for a fee.

Great price, as I moved in six months after the complex opened in 2018. More info available upon request Excellent location— supermarket across the street, 1.5 miles from the beach, minutes away from local shopping, 15 minutes north to PBI and 20 to downtown West Palm Beach, 20 minutes south to downtown Delray. Very close access to 95, off east end of exit 60 (Hypoluxo Rd.). Note: this is not a sublet — if we think we’d make a good match as roommates, you then must apply through the management office and be added to the lease if accepted ($125 application fee is required by them, they decide whether to charge you a security deposit, I already have myself). I am a female who works P/T from home and my only roommate preferences are that you clean up after yourself, help keep the common area clean and of course pay your bills on time.
