Looking to split 2/2 in lake worth

My fiancée and I are looking for a roommate. We currently live in a 2/1 but will happily switch to a 2/2 in the same community if our potential roommate would want a larger room with a private bathroom, but it would be slightly more expensive. We would want to split the apartment rent and the utilities evenly with the roommate(s), as both rooms are the same size and the living space would be shared. We have furniture in our current apartment that could furnish the shared space but the second room would be unfurnished.

We have a 7 year old golden doodle and two cats. Our pets are good with other dogs but the cats haven’t been around other cats much.
My fiancée and I love video games and board games. We like to do nature walks and go to the beach or go kayaking. We would love finding roommates with similar interests. We are currently both full time students working part time, but my fiancée finishes his paramedic program in august and will work as a firefighter shortly after.
