It's bedroom + bathroom.

Carport so your car is covered from the elements.

Brand new AC heating just installed a few days ago on the st!
Rent is $, a month exact. That's Including water & trash! I live in it currently and have been for months. It's genuinely a great home.
However, I have to go home back to Alabama because my grandfather has been hospitalized. My family needs my support. So I'm trying to find someone to take over the remainder of my lease. It ends in October.
The landlord is Phillip, and he's a really cool guy. Very kind, attentive, and funny. I've had no problems with him.
