Rooms have their ensuite bathrooms and both fully furnished. Living room is spacious with a lot of natural light. There's an attached garage however utilized for storing items to its full capacity so will not be offered as parking space. However dedicated driveway parking is available for the large room renter and there are free public parking spaces in the community based on first come first served. Bills will be received by the landlord and split between the renters if the condo is shared and not rented completely by one renter.
