Hello. Me and my fiancé are currently living in an apartment in Jupiter off of Toney Penna Drive. We are both 23 years old and would prefer a roommate around our same age. Rent would be 600 a month. With utilities included.

The apartment is 2 bed 1 bath.

We have a little backyard area accessible through a sliding door in the kitchen.

Parking is free and the spare room has a walk in closet & a window to the back yard.

The location is 6 minutes away from the beach & 15 minutes away from i95. The home is also less than half a mile away from a bus stop. We are located right next to indiantown, Alt A1A and Millitary trail.

Theres a publix across the street. A sprouts, Walmart, Aldi, Home Depot and lots of shopping within walking or biking distance.

If you’re looking for a calm, quiet, clean and respectful place to live then we are the right fit. We never have company over and we would expect the same. We are okay with company if it’s not disruptive in any way and if we’re told in advance.

We would prefer to have a female roommate but the only requirements we have are cleanliness, personal respect, no drama, minimal company, and not being in and out the door or loud at night. People our age are preferred.

We both work in retail management so our schedules are usually 8am- 7pm range. Sometimes earlier or later.
