Available September 1st…The apartment is spacious with a calm, tranquil feel and plenty of extra room. Your bedroom and bathroom have both been newly remodeled.

You have direct access to a semi air-conditioned patio, all rooms have ceiling fans, and there’s a washer and dryer in the unit. You’ll also have a semi-private entrance.
Rent includes utilities, and we’ll share the common areas. A non-smoking roommate is necessary.

The apartment is conveniently located near Central Blvd. and Indiantown Road, about five minutes from both I-95 and the Turnpike. Chasewood is a beautiful, tree-lined community, and the association does require both references and a background check for residents.

My name is Holly. I work in the veterinary field and have spent many years training dogs. I currently have a Golden Retriever puppy that I’m raising and training for future service dog work.

In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors when the weather is cooler, reading, bicycling, spending time with animals, and getting together with friends in small groups.

I’m not looking for a best friend or someone to socialize with all the time. I simply want to share my home with one roommate who values a peaceful, predictable, smoke-free, drug-free, and low-drama environment where we can both feel comfortable and relaxed.

If you’re in a relationship, that’s absolutely fine. I simply ask that overnight visits be occasional, as I’m looking to have one roommate, not two. If you spend a lot of time with a significant other, it’s generally best to spend that time at their place.
