A three bedroom furnished house is available to split rooms. Gated backyard with a firepit, container with a small gym, RV in the back where my friend lives, he is very handy and great to have around, minds his own business.

Master bedroom is large and has its own bathroom and closet, separate access from the gated backyard where you can park your car - $1600 a month all inclusive of utilities and internet

First front bedroom shares a bathroom, has its own small closet - $1200 a month all inclusive of utilities and internet
Second front bedroom shares a bathroom, has its own small closet, two twin beds at the moment but I can change that if needed - $1200 a month all inclusive of utilities and internet

I do the landscaping whenever it is needed. The small garage is locked and for my own use. Laundry is for everyone to use. Tesla charger in the backyard.
