The room includes its own private bathroom, and we share common areas like the kitchen, laundry room, and a large backyard with a banyan tree, outdoor bar, and kitchen area. The home has a calm, creative, and laid-back energy — great for someone who values peace, balance, and good vibes.

I’m 37, work in marketing and advertising, bike to the beach most mornings, and garden on weekends. I’m looking for a clean, respectful, and positive roommate who enjoys a quiet, grounded lifestyle.

Rent is $1,400/month with a $1,000 security deposit, and utilities are split three ways (about $75/month). Month-to-month lease.
