Im Scott, I’m looking to rent a room to a male who has stable work or a student.. I preferred 1 year term but would consider short term and no smokers and No parties or lots of guest.. I live in a nice quiet neighborhood, Only 7 min from the beach and there is use of a pool. The renter should have good references.
I live with my Cat Delray and work from home. There is 2 bathrooms and one is for the renter. There is also a Washer and dryer. Use and Plenty of parking which a parking pass would be provided.
