ROOMS
- Master bedroom with private bathroom: $1,250/month
- Three bedrooms sharing a full bathroom: $1,100/month each

UTILITIES INCLUDED
Electric, water, sewer, trash, air conditioning, heat and lawn care are all included. Internet and TV are not included, so housemates can pick their own plan.

TERMS

- Month-to-month lease, 30-day minimum. This must be your primary residence (no short-term or vacation stays).
- All four housemates sign one shared house lease ($4,550 total; your share is your room's rent). If a room opens up, the landlord finds and screens the replacement.
- Verifiable income of at least $2,750/month, plus a background, credit and eviction check
- No smoking inside. No pets; service and assistance animals are accommodated.

BRING A FRIEND
If you and a friend both sign the lease and move in together by December 15, 2026, you each get $100 off your second month's rent.
