I have a 2-room 2-bath apartment in Boynton Beach. I am looking to find someone to let the extra room to. There’s a bathroom not connected to the room, but right off the hall that would be yours. I will be living there on and off, but mostly off. The reason for the lower rent is to ask for about 10 hours of babysitting a week of an infant. We can work out a schedule that works for both of us. These hours would not be June or July. The room would be available through December, but we could negotiate longer.
