I have a 2-room 2-bath apartment in Boynton Beach. I am looking to find someone to let the extra room to whom I can trust with the whole space while I'm away for the summer. There’s a bathroom not connected to the room, but right off the hall that would be yours.
No washing machine or microwave; laundry rooms are down the hall, but not in the unit. There's a great view of the canal from my place, and you'd have access to the community pool (heated, not that you need that in summer) and clubhouse. The room is fully furnished with a futon bed (quality mattress), a small desk, a rolling chair, a Kallax shelf, a standing lamp, and closet space. Ideally, you would not need much space of your own, as this is meant for a temporary work stay.
The minimum term is 3 months, and the maximum term would be through October 2026. No possibility to start renting after May 15, and the first and last month's rent would be due upon signing the agreement.
