I have a 2-room 2-bath apartment in Boynton Beach. I am looking to find someone to let the extra room to. There’s a bathroom not connected to the room, but right off the hall that would be yours. I will be living there on and off, but mostly off (not living there June-September and maybe even already April-June).
Ideally, I would have someone starting in April and who could help with childcare while I'm in town April-May and August-December.
The reason for the lower rent is to request a maximum of 10 hours of babysitting per week for an infant. We can work out a schedule that works for both of us. These hours would not be June or July. The room would be available through December, but we could negotiate longer.
Depending on responses, I am open to $ 1,000 per month without babysitting.
