Room for rent

I’m a roofing contractor and have a house with 2 extra rooms. One I’m using as storage and the other one is fully furnished. I’m willing to give the master bedroom with its own private bathroom up and I’ll take the other room .. the place is fully remodeled . It’s 5 minutes from Mitzner park. 5 minutes from the beach . 5 minutes from FAU .

I’m very laid back easy to get along with . I keep the house clean but I’m not OCD about it . I don’t care what you do just have mutual respect and communication and we’re good

Has a backyard . I can’t have pets there but if you had small pets like a cat that the landlord wouldn’t know that’s fine .

Theirs a backyard the driveway holds 4 cars .
I’m not a loud person and I don’t care if you stay up or come in and out the house etc..

I pay $3300 a month that includes lawn and water then the electric is like $150-$200 and the internet like $100 but I’ll take care of that just split the electric..

Their is a room in the back with the washer and dryer that’s big and could be set up as your own private area it has a back door we can put up a divider or something so that I can use the washer and dryer if you wanted to be completely separate and use the guest bathroom I would rent that area out for $1200 a month
