Early Lease Termination Policy

The tenant must provide written notice according to the lease agreement.
The tenant will be responsible for paying an early termination fee equal to two (2) months of rent.
This amount is separate from the security deposit.

At the start of the lease:

A security deposit equal to one (1) month’s rent is required and will be held in accordance with the lease agreement.
In the event of early termination, the security deposit may be applied toward damages, unpaid rent, cleaning, or repairs if necessary, according to the lease terms.
In addition to the security deposit, the tenant must pay one additional month of rent as an early termination charge, resulting in a total financial responsibility equivalent to two months’ rent upon early lease termination.

The tenant is also responsible for returning the apartment in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted. Any damage to the apartment, furniture, appliances, or property beyond normal wear will be charged accordingly as specified in the lease agreement.
