1 bedroom 10x10 space, full size closet, furnished and bedroom is closest to the bathroom. The house has lots of light, nice big sliding glass doors in dining room and living room. You will have access to living room, dining, kitchen, washer & dryer and backyard patio. There is room in the garage for a small vehicle.

I’m a single mother with two teenagers 13-year-old son and a 17-year-old daughter. It’s a very calm, serene, warm household. We’re friendly and kind but we stick to ourselves.

All utilities included Free Wi-Fi and cable. Links stops are close by great schools in area. Nearby Ross, Five below, Walgreens, and Five Guys plaza. Quiet, safe, residential neighborhood. We are a non-smoking, no animals home. Looking for a female single or with children is ok. I’m looking for someone clean, polite, and respectful. I don’t mind guest on the weekends or daytime hours. But, being the children have school I would prefer to keep visiting times cut early during weekdays. Please have a steady income.
