Renting in Poinciana

Helloooo, so let me introduce myself first, my name is Maria, I'm 20 years old, I have a part-time job and also I'm a college student, I'm looking for a roommate since there's a empty room in my house that nobody's using and I thought that it would be way better for me to rent that room than letting it stand alone forever, so here I am!

It is a new two-story house, your bedroom will be in the second floor (bedroom dimensions are about 10 X 10), the bathroom will be next to your room (the same bathroom is going be used by you and other person, me).

The other two persons that live in there are my mom, dad and uncle, they only speak Spanish except for my uncle and I who are bilingual. I can always translate for you if needed.
We are very respectful and kind, we will try to make you feel at home and help you with whatever you could need.

You can use our household appliances without any inconvenience (like the coffee maker, air fryer, blender, fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine and dryer, etc...)

The living room is for all of us, so you don't need to hide in your room, and also we have a big backyard in which you can chill around

About having visits, that's great, just remember that communication is key so If you can let us know that would be great.

We have a pet dog, she's 2 years old, mixed breed, she's pretty sweet, always asking for love and very playful.
