Two available rooms for rent

Two available room for rent in spacious, new (built 2023) corner townhome. Rental options for both rooms are as follows:

Rooms can be rented by two persons individually with a shared bathroom for $875 each room. Room 1 has a bed, dresser and a chair. Room 2 has a couch and an entertainment center. Second room can be left unfurnished or couch can be replaced with a full size bed.

Rooms can also be rented to one person or a couple for $1,800 with the private bathroom. Second room can be used as private living room, office, etc. Furniture can be removed from bedroom 2.

House is equipped with Tesla solar panels which keep utility bills low (utility bill to be split equally with 2 existing tenants). Example of utility bill for the month is between $25-$50 between Jan 2024 thru March 2024.

House is also equipped with Tesla wall charger in the event prospective tenant has an electric vehicle; a designated parking space will be allocated for tenant inside the garage for small upcharge in rent and utility bill.

Parallel parking is available in front of the house.

10-15 minutes from Lake Nona Town Center (Chroma, Wave Hotel, Boxi Park), Canvas Restaurant, Valencia College Lake Nona Campus.

15-20 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO).

Per HOA Bylaws, rental lease requirements for rentals are 12 months minimum. Showings by appointment only.
