Looking for Roommate!

Looking for roommate at very nice Apartment Complex near the Loop. We are near everything. The Loop shopping center, fast food, restaurants, Publix and a Walmart Supercenter all within 5 minutes. Washer and Dryer in unit, private bathroom with shower and a pretty sizeable walk in closet in the room. Resort style pool and gym at complex. You can use the garage for parking. I’m a 38 yr old male working professional. Not many house rules, just be clean. We’d share the living room and kitchen. We can work out common use groceries or you simply do your own shopping and I’ll do mine. Im cool with you having a guest or 2 over. Pretty easy to live with. I just renewed the lease and am locked in till February 2028 so this could be a long term option or month to month. I do not have a gender preference. We can develop a friendship, or I mind my business and you mind yours. Whatever works for you.
