Decent sized room, cozy queer space!

The room is a decent size, fits a queen bed that would be here at move in along with a chest in the closet for storage and some side tables. For the most part anything you don't want can be moved out for you!
There is a couple living in there currently, prior to your move in the room will be deep cleaned, sheets and any bedding washed or switched, etc.
The roommates! My name is Ita, a queer enby, I cook a lot and love doing art. Generally I'll be in charge of the grocery runs and organizing the pantry and fridge to make sure we're fairly consistently stocked up.
My boyfriend Collin's mother is the landlord of the property. So he helps make sure that everyone is safe, comfortable, and happy. He enjoys video games and working!
Cleo is a femme who enjoys gaming and mixing drinks and is super sweet.
Trix is a femme who enjoys art and video games with lots of friends and online!

We are looking for a couple to make it so it would be 550 each, Wi-Fi is part of rent and the utility bill with 6 of us only gets up to 250-300 and split evenly. The only other expensive is that we ask for between 50-100 dollars every two weeks for collective groceries for the house!
