Private Room + Bath - $1,000 Utilities Incl.

We have a private room with its own private bathroom opening up around October 1 in our 2 bed / 2 bath condo at Villas del Sol in Kissimmee.

The room is unfurnished and approximately 10' x 11' (about 110 sq ft). Rent is $1,000/month and includes utilities, electricity, and high-speed internet.

You’ll also have parking, central A/C, an in-unit washer and dryer, and shared use of the kitchen and living room.

The gated community has two swimming pools, two hot tubs, a gym, clubhouse, tennis court, playground, and lots of ponds and water around the property.

We’re pretty laid-back and would like the condo to feel like a shared home while still respecting everyone’s private space. Your bedroom and bathroom would be your own, while the kitchen and living room are shared.

We’d prefer no pets. Smoking and vaping are fine outside, but not inside the condo.
