Looking for a great place to call home in Kissimmee? Look no further! I have a beautiful, fully furnished room for rent in my newer, well-maintained home in the Tohoqua community.

The room is spacious, clean, and filled with natural light. While the bathroom isn't attached to the bedroom, it will be yours to use and won't be shared with another roommate. You'll also have a separate room set up as your own living room, giving you an additional space to relax, watch TV, or just make yourself at home. It's a nice setup that gives you more privacy and space than a typical room rental.

You'll also have access to the shared kitchen, laundry room, and relaxing screened lanai. Whether you want to relax outside with a cup of coffee or simply enjoy a quiet evening at home, there's plenty of space to do both.

You'll also have access to the beautiful Tohoqua community, with walking trails, parks, and resort-style amenities. A dedicated driveway parking space is included, and additional street parking is also available.

Best of all, all utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi are included in the monthly rent of $1,000, so you won't have to worry about extra monthly bills. Rent is due on the first of each month, and I'm looking for someone who can commit to a minimum six-month lease.

This is my home, not a rental property, so finding the right fit is important to me. I'm hoping to find someone who is easygoing, respectful, and takes pride in keeping a clean and peaceful home. As a working professional who works from home, I also take pride in keeping my home clean, quiet, and welcoming. I think this would be a great fit for someone looking for a quiet, comfortable place to come home to after work.

One other roommate you'll be sharing the home with is Max, my friendly little Silky Terrier. If you're a dog lover, you'll fit right in!
