*Screening: Background and credit check required
*Pet Policy: Strictly no pets allowed.
*Lifestyle: 100% smoke-free (no cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, or any substances) and alcohol-free.
*House Rules: No visitors and no sleepovers allowed under any circumstances.
*Lease Term: 6-month commitment with the option to extend.
