It is my husband and I and our two small dogs and another female tenant. We are looking for female tenant, no kids. We, unfortunately, can’t allow pet/s because our dogs take time to get used to animals and we plan to open a dog boarding soon. We need someone who’s also friendly with dogs because our dogs like to interact with people. No smoking, my husband has health issues. No drugs.
