I have 1 small bedroom for rent in my townhouse. I'm easy to get along with but require someone who is responsible, clean, and considerate while co-habitating. No smoking, drugs, or pets. Room is 10x10, located above garage and next to laundry. Bathroom is technically shared, but you will be the one mostly using it. Townhouse is brand new and located in a great area (gym/pool across the street, walking trails, parks, etc).
