Hello! Seeking amazing respectable roomate thats reliable and professional in my spacious home in a quiet safe HOA neighborhood with plenty of amenities!

Me (male 32) and my housemate (female 23) are looking for one more roomate to fill an empty room 10x10. We are both respectable and easy-going. I work from home and have one small dog. Bathroom is shared with only one other person.

FYI the house is currently decorated differently than in photos but everything else is the same.
