Room For Rent

this is a 4200 sq ft home, it has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. We have an HOA so we have a community pool, tennis, basketball, & parks. This room is up the stairs, Its pretty big with 2 closets on either side. Theres an upstairs living room open to all tenants (no one really uses it) No pets are allowed. If any damage were to happen, you will be held responsible by written agreement.

Theres me (Elisse 26, mom) Baby Onur (on the way), Kolton (27, dad) our Luka boy (12 months old), and our dog Luna, she is a shih tzu whos really friendly. Im downstairs all the time, thats where my room is. Every other room is upstairs. My husband is in sales so hes either out for appointments or ubering all day. we have been incredibly blessed with the most respectful, quiet roommates we could ever ask for, there is 2 of them but you’ll never really see them and they dont use the kitchen. They just work and go straight to their rooms. Looking for one more quiet, respectful tenant.
