The living area has been thoughtfully designed for functional use, offering sufficient space for relaxation and daily routines. A private master bathroom, complete with essential fixtures, is conveniently located within the ADU. The unit is equipped with a ceiling fan and heating for climate regulation, as well as high-speed internet access and Wi-Fi connectivity. Additional amenities include designated storage space for personal belongings and a kitchenette fully equipped with pots, pans, an air fryer, coffee maker, rice cooker, and blender.

Emotional support animals we ask a letter from a mental health professional that states the tenant has a disability and explains how the animal alleviates a symptom of that disability as per law we can ask that much from an ESA Handler ( anyone can get a certificate online and call an animal an ESA and that will not be accepted as a form of verification).
