This room is located on boggy creek close to narcoossee, has a shared bathroom but will not be sharing it with anybody else.
The rent cover all utilities, has wifi, can use the laundry once a week, can cook, have access to dining, livingroom and patio/lanai.
There is an elliptical and workout machine if you like to exercise
The parking is on the driveway not parking on the street, inside garage parking is available for $150 extra a month.
Background check is required.
For the moment there is a very friendly dog that is not full time in the house that may change at any moment.
The room has the furniture in the pictures but if you want to bring your own furniture it can be emptied so you can accommodate yours. Prefer day shift person with full time job who works 5 days a week. Rent should be paid by the 5th day of the month.
