About the room

It’s in a townhouse in a quiet in a gated community near shopping and entertainment. The house has shared bathrooms, screened in back porch, large living/dining room area with tables and ample seating. There is a washer, dryer, dishwasher, high speed internet available to use. Everyone also has a smart TV in their room. The community has a pool, spa, club house and gym. There is a nice park across the street.

We are looking for 1 more fun, interesting and responsible person who plays well with others and pays their rent on time to join us. And since we are pretty tight-knit, we are looking for a person who is going to be with us for an extended period of time, at least 12 months with the option of more. If a couple would like to come, we are open to it, but will need to increase the rent to cover the expense of the other person. Please inquire if this is something that interests you.

About the roomies
We are 2 guys who are in and out of the house, and are pretty chill when home. Some of are gamers and others of us like to cook and work out. Sometimes we hang out to eat and talk. So, we would like someone who is cool with that vibe.

We consider the environment (and the electrical bill), and we are not overly reliant on heat or air-conditioning, so please be aware that the household temperature will not go above 70 in the winter or below 77 in the summer.

House rules:

quiet hours 11 PM-6:30 AM
no smoking
no substance abuse or recreational drug use, (plant medicine ok if not used recreationally)
responsible alcohol use
everyone cleans up after themselves, no overnight dishes
guests are welcome, but they just have to respect the house vibe.
