Hi, I'm Nate. Some quick details:
-Private upstairs bedroom in a 3-bed, 2.5-bath townhouse in Kissimmee, near Lake Nona.
-The room has its own dedicated bathroom and is located next to my home office, since I work from home.
-Rent is $825/mo plus a $175 flat utility fee ($1,000/mo total). The fee covers housekeeping (a cleaner comes every other week), normal electricity/water usage, high-speed internet, trash service, TV/streaming in the living room, community amenities, and pest control.
-Unfurnished. Available 8/15/2026. 12-month or month-to-month lease.
-Street parking available right in front of the house.

The house is quiet, relaxed, and shared with my two cats. I'm looking for someone generally clean, considerate, and comfortable with a low-key home environment. Limited visitors are preferred, with no parties or large gatherings.

Ideally looking for another easygoing guy, 18-40, who wants a comfortable, low-key place to call home.
