Hi, I'm Nate. I work from home and share the house with my two cats, so I'm looking for someone who is generally quiet, clean, respectful, and comfortable with a peaceful environment during working hours. Limited visitors are preferred, with no parties or large gatherings.

The household is relaxed, private, informal, and very open-minded. I'm friendly and enjoy a comfortable roommate dynamic, but I also value independence, discretion, and clearly communicated boundaries. A good fit would be someone mature, nonjudgmental, comfortable being themselves, and able to communicate openly about privacy, guests, and shared spaces.

The atmosphere at home is casual and a little more playful than formal, so someone easygoing and not easily shocked would probably feel most comfortable here. There are never any expectations beyond being a considerate roommate and respecting each other's boundaries.

About the room: Private upstairs bedroom available in a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath townhouse. The room has its own dedicated full bathroom and is located next to my home office, since I work from home.

A professional house cleaner comes every other week and cleans the shared areas, the roommate's bathroom, and the bedroom unless you prefer the bedroom be skipped. This is included in the monthly household fee and helps keep the home consistently clean without needing a complicated chore schedule.

Rent is $825 per month, plus a $175 flat fee for utilities, for a total of $1,000 per month. The fee includes housekeeping, normal electricity and water usage, high-speed internet, trash service, TV (most major streaming subscriptions in the living room), community amenities, and pest control.

Parking is available on the street directly in front of the home.
