Hello!

I have 2 rooms available in a large 2200sq ft home in a nice, safe neighborhood 7 miles south of Disney Animal Kingdom. It is a 4 bedroom home with a total of 4 people in the home once all of the rooms are filled, shared bath. Co-ed home (32M and 35F(owner of the home.) We are friendly people and there is a pool, laundry in house and a very large kitchen! I have two hypoallergenic Sheepadoodle doggies 🐾

It is $900 a month with all utilities, wifi, water, pool care, etc included.

The deposit is $500 and can be used towards the last month’s rent.

-Must have a clean record & be able to pass a background check
-No drugs, smoking, or marijuana
