You'd be living with a laid-back guy in his mid-30s who works in the flight simulator industry. I have one large, friendly, crate-trained dog. Unfortunately, the complex doesn't allow additional pets.

I'm looking for a responsible, respectful, clean roommate who is easy to live with. The apartment complex has a no smoking policy, and the management/staff are great to work with — they're friendly, responsive, and quick to address maintenance issues.
The new roommate will need to submit an application and be approved by the apartment complex.
