1,000 Sq Ft Room to Sublease

Room to sublease in a duplex-style ground level apartment. The bedroom is 1,000 sq ft and has detached bathroom next door. Property has one-time paid parking pass and is a non-smoking community. There is access to an outdoor pool, pool-table room, and a gym. You also have access to both living room and kitchen. Currently, there will be one other person living in the unit and that is myself. I am twenty-four years old and am in culinary arts. I am a pretty tidy person when it comes to the communal areas of the apartment. Looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and who can pay bills on time. Preferably someone around my age. Additionally I am apart of the LGBTQ community but you do not have to be to apply.
