AMAZING LOCATION!!! 1 room available (1 spare room being used as a storage/bonus room). Washer/Dryer in unit, Shared Living, Dining, Kitchen. Dedicated bath and door divided hallway.

The area is very quiet, secure (next to guarded catholic school) private and walkable to Winter Park Golf, Park Ave, Rollins College. We are adjacent to the golf course (putting green 2 min walk), catholic school and Casa Feliz.

Pets are screened/negotiable with a one-time $100 fee (i. e. small, clean, quiet).

Payment is negotiable based on term length but prefer 6 months or longer.

CURRENT ROOMATE - ME - I'm a navy veteran, professional and parent. I've seen the world and still travel a lot for work and participate in kids' activities. I'm fit, run/workout and try to play soccer as an old dude to stay young. I keep a clean, quiet place. I like to prepare real food from home in the kitchen a lot. I'm looking for an other professional/academic/student to have some company in this convenient and peaceful area of winter park who is looking for similar low-stress lifestyle and I'm flexible on terms (and maybe pets) for the right fit.
