About the room
The apartment complex is really nice; it comes with a pool and a fitness center. The apartment is within walking distance of the mailbox and trash compactor (which comes in handy). The room comes with its own bathroom, and it is kind of like you get half of the apartment to yourself, as it is down a hallway.

This is a 2-bed 2-bath apartment. It comes with a screened-in balcony, a fireplace, and lots of storage. The layout of the apartment is perfect for roommates, as the shared spaces are in the center and the rooms are on opposite sides of each other. The room itself has a huge window for natural lighting and a decent-sized closet.

The apartment complex is about 15 minutes from UCF and walking distance from Full Sail University. It is a perfect median between Orlando and the Winter Park area. There is a Publix and Target right next door, and an Aldi’s about 5 minutes away. Lots of restaurants and fast food nearby, and a few clothing stores.
