ABOUT THE HOME
More than just a room… Location.. Location.. Location… Just minutes away from the Historical Village of Winter Park… The downtown area has retained a small-town feel featuring Park Avenue and Central Park. The heart of the Village features treelined cobblestone road, upscale shopping, art galleries, museums, cafes, award winning restaurants and fine dining.

I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Saturday Morning Farmers Market, the festivals, free concerts such as the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra.

The Winter Park Golf Course offers a challenging 9-hole course with firm, true greens and a historic old-school feel. $26 a round for Florida residents for Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays during peak! What a treat!

There is also a Craftsman-Style Train Station just steps away from Central Park. The station serves as a hub for SunRail, a regional commuter rail line, and Amtrak, which offers intercity travel for long distant travel. I took the train to downtown Tampa to watch a Lightning game. So much fun, and quite the adventure!

The home is a bungalow, which was built over 75 years ago. Has maintained its’ original charm. This home is fully furnished with basic necessities. There are two bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom, in-home gym, family room, and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a garage, which is where the washer and dryer are housed. Good place to store things like golf clubs too…

The family room was an add-on to the home years ago… and features floor-to-ceiling windows, which provides for an abundance of natural light when blinds are open. For those of you who work from home, there is also a desk, chair and printer available for your use.

The circular driveway is quite large, so there is plenty of parking for both roommates and their guests.

ABOUT YOUR ROOMMATE
Your future roommate is a highly focused career professional. He is looking for someone who is reliable, clean, and respectful. Is an international food influencer and travels quite a bit. He is probably one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. Has a ton of energy, and loves to meet people. Don’t be surprised if he invites you to join him for free tastings ranging from food truck cuisine… to some of the most exquisite dining experiences you will ever encounter… I used to be his roommate, which is how I know this to be true.

Noteworthy… Roommates will need to be approved … as would any pet. He would only consider a cat or very small dog. There is a large backyard, but it isn’t fully fenced in…
