Need Sublet in 3 bed 2 bath townhouse

Hi my name is Chanel. I’m 32 and an insurance agent working from home full time. I’m looking for a roommate. The house is 3 bedrooms 2 bath. I have the main suite and a small bathroom. You would have the main bathroom. The house is a decent size. A large kitchen, formal dining room and it’s furnished. I’m looking to make some upgrades like a large tv and a better couch. But it’s definitely homey. In the kitchen I have many appliances for you to enjoy. Microwave, air fryer, instapot, toaster, basic coffee machine in addition to the normal appliances that came with the house. I have. Washer and dryer for the house. The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished. Either way I can make it work. I am keeping one of the bedrooms vacant. My main guest is my mother. She comes about 3 times a year for about a week or two. She usually uses my bathroom. Guests just stopping by use the main bathroom, but they are not common. Other than my mother, family may visit a couple times a year for the day. Usually like my birthday, Christmas, 4th of July. Not on a regular basis. I’m usually a quiet person and I’m in my room or on the back patio often. I am looking for a tidy responsible adult. I work from home on the phone from 12pm to 9pm. So I’m not in the kitchen during normal people’s dinner time. So that’s the kitchen all to yourself then. I usually cook after I get off of work.
