I am moving out of my house in Winter Park FL. There are 3 bedrooms and the one available has a large closet and frosted windows that face the road. The room gets plenty of natural light and can easily accommodate a queen bed with lots of extra space for other furniture. My roommates and I recently graduated from college and spend our time between our jobs, significant others, and throwing events for our friends. We have a cat, Panda, age 14 who is indoor/outdoor and Dove, age 3 mid-size dog who are both very friendly. If you like hanging with cool people in a chill environment while being able to work on what ever your endeavors our we are the people for you.
