Hi! I have a furnished large room, w/walk-in closet and private bathroom available in a clean, quiet, and respectful home. This is a private house rented by room, so the common areas are shared. All utilities are included.

I’m looking for someone responsible, clean, and easy to get along with who appreciates a peaceful living environment. The home is a great fit for someone who works, communicates well, and is respectful of shared spaces.

There is a background check and application fee. Minimum stay is 3 months, then month-to-month after that.
