About the room:

1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in Winter Garden (Horizon West). Apartment amenities include a gym, pool, and more. Washer and dryer available Tuesday and Thursday. Trash pickup Monday through Thursday. Access to stove and microwave. Unfortunately, no refrigerator. (Walk-in closet also included but was used as a backup closet but will be cleaned)

About us:

My fiancée and I are working during the daytime. We are fairly quiet when we come back and mostly stay in our own room. Occasionally, we would go to the living room or kitchen. We have a puppy which we monitor using a Ring camera.

What we are looking for:

Someone who shares our mutual respect for one another. The room and the provided bathroom will be your side. There is a door leading to the entrance/exit of the apartment. The kitchen and living room would be off-limits for the most part, unless wanting to use the microwave, stove, or sink. The biggest thing is that this would be a short-term stay, so we are looking for someone who would be okay with staying until May 2026 or earlier.
