*We are looking for a quiet, clean, organized, respectful, dependable person to join our amazing household and rent either one of our two spacious furnished / or unfurnished upstairs bedrooms that both have a large walk-in closet, and a shared bathroom.

We are a FUN, chill group of individuals who respect each other’s schedules and boundaries.
NO smoking of any kind, drugs, overnight guests, couples, or pets are allowed.
MUST be LGBTQ+ and pet-friendly (1 small, hypoallergenic dog).
