Single furnished bedroom w/ private/ guest bath

Single bedroom with a queen size bed. The bed frame itself has lots of storage. There's also a large hard wood dresser with lots of additional storage as well as a closet. The dresser is more than large enough to fit a 60" TV on it. You would have your own bathroom but would need to be shared with the occasional guest when in town. It's a two story townhouse in a super convenient area, Waterford lakes shopping plaza is barely a 5 min drive. There is a nice community pool inside the neighborhood that rarely has people at it. I'm a pretty easygoing guy myself. I work from home 3 out of 5 days of the week. All utilities are included in the rent. The property does include an additional Olympic size pool, running path, basketball, tennis, racket ball, soccer, football, baseball, and volleyball fields, as well as complete workout stations. There are three separate dog parks in the same area. Also, there are regular free community events that happen regularly if you so choose to join. Again, rent is a flat line price and covers all of this.
