Hello! I am moving out by July 13th, and I'm looking for someone to take over my room. Some options weren't available when choosing the tags so I'm gonna explain more here:
The room isn't small, and it isn't large. It's a decent size, but it is the smallest(and hottest) room of the house.
As of right now, there are two other roommates, so you'd only have to pay $500 to move in, but one of the other roommates is in the middle of moving too. So, if she doesn't find someone to take her room, the rent will go from $500 a month, to $750 a month.
Utilities are not included with the rent.
I will only accept women, since my other roommate is also a woman and feels safer that way.
If you have a car, there is already a car in the garage, but you are free to park your car in the driveway.
Very trusted neighborhood, right next to a shopping plaza with a Publix, DMV, ect.
