Hello, I am looking to sublease my room at the Accolade Collegiate Village West. The apartment is a 4x4 all male apartment with a private bathroom and shared living room and kitchen.
The security deposit will be $1,498 unless you have a Guarantor then a security deposit will not be required.
The Roommates are all quiet, courteous, and respectful and mostly keep to themselves.
The apartment is smoke free and pet free.
The apartment is located right next to the University of Central Florida campus making it a great apartment for incoming or current students.
