Hello, I am a junior at UCF, currently leasing a room in a 4x4 ALL GIRL room at Knights Circle, and am looking for someone to take over the last 3 months of my lease (May, June, and July, but can be negotiated to just June and July). Tenant would have to be moved out by July 31st, when this lease ends.

***Knights Circle is UCF AFFILIATED HOUSING meaning that you must by a full-time or part-time student, but can be student at UCF, Seminole State, Valencia, or Full Sail University.***

A little bit about the apartment complex:
-Knights Circle is directly across UCF's campus, located on Alafaya Trail. Takes approximately 5 minutes to reach campus by driving, about 20 minutes by walking.

-The complex's amenities include:

-3 olympic-sized pools, a fitness center, 3 sand volleyball courts, 3 basketball courts, 5 tennis courts. 3 game rooms, a movie theater, and 2 computer labs with printing (one of which has 24 hour access).

The room includes:
-1 full sized mattress, and high bed frame
-1 nightstand
-4 drawer dresser (which can be stacked or disassembled)
-1 desk, and chair
-A walk in closet, with sliding mirrored doors
-A private bathroom located inside of the room (full bathtub/shower, toilet, sink)

The unit includes:
- 3 sofas
-1 coffee table
-1 end table
-Dining room table, and 4 chairs
-Full kitchen (full-sized stove/over, refrigerator, sink, dish washer, plenty of cabinet space)
-Washer and dryer, in its own room, with a units own water heater
-Private porch, with sliding glass doors
