Downtown Lake Eola View

Located downtown Orlando next to Lake Eola. Entire apartment has view of the lake. Bedroom has carpet, not furnished, I do have a sofa in the shared living room area. Bedroom is 10’x9’8”, with your own private bathroom and closet. Apartment building with elevator, pool, gym, laundry machines on sight but not in unit, parking garage. Additional costs would be splitting cost of wi-fi and electric bills. The apartment management will require $85 for a background check.

I’m a 41 year old female with a 6 year old, 40lb, very friendly mixed breed dog. I have a full-time in-office job during the day Mon-Fri. One other dog would be welcome but I’d want to make sure our dogs get along first. No breed restrictions in the building. I’m looking for someone to join me on the remainder of my lease that runs through mid October, 2026. I’d be open to a full 12 month lease as well.
