We are looking for a mature, quiet female. Someone that is working, is polite, and keeps living area clean. Utilities, internet and wifi are included. You will have access to your own bathroom and is located across the hall from the bedroom. The bathroom maybe used by quest that come to visit but we rarely have visitors. The room will be furnished with a bed, dresser, a television and a mini fridge. We request references and we will run a back round check. My husband and I are both semi-retired. You will be starting out at 6 months but maybe extended if requested at least 1 month before the 6 month period has ended. The deposit amount is $725 due before move-in to hold the room. And $700 a month due the day of move in., a total of $1425. The house is located in a quiet, clean area in a cul-de sac.
