Gorgeous pool home with modern interior and fireplace located in the heart of Dr Philips just off of Restaurant Row on Sandlake Rd. Home resides between Disney Springs and Universal close to I4 and next to Trader Joe’s. Two bedrooms for roommates with one already taken (white bed bedroom) but the gray velvet headboard low to grown bed bedroom is available includes bed, mattress, side table and dresser (if needed). Bedding and accessories shown is not included, sub-tenant must bring their own. The home includes a washer and dryer and dishwasher. The bathroom is the larger shared guest bathroom which (2) roommates will be using it. 3 total people would be living in the house. Screened in patio has comfortable furniture for use. The home sits in a caul-de-sac for parking on the street and although the drive way is not long it is steep. House temp is at 74-76 degrees. Must pass a background and credit check in advance with non refundable fee and to prepare a sub-lease of total $75. Security deposit and prepaid rent due upon signing. The prepaid rent is equal to one months rent $900 (which applies to “last” months rent of the lease, therefore last months rent on lease is paid in advance). Also a “refundable (pending any damages and expenses or rent owed) security deposit of $600” totaling $1500. First months rent of $900 (can be prorated) is also due prior to move in. Utilities (electric, water, gas, spectrum internet) are not included and will be split equally amongst roommates monthly. I am seeking someone for a “one year lease”. Move in date ASAP. Must be ok w Christmas decor. First interaction will be a “get to know each other and show property” video call. Hope to find the right person!
