Unfurnished bedroom in 3rd floor walk up. Gated community. Male preferred as there is another male tenant in the unit. Space available for a single, mature professional. Students are welcome. No pets due to allergies. Must be a responsible individual who pays on time.

Guaranteed you will have your privacy, peace and quiet while residing here. Rent includes utilities, which is water and electric and Wi-Fi. Access to washer and dryer in the unit. Shared common areas. Cleanliness is important. No smoking inside the unit. If you smoke, you must do it outside. Long term rental. Minimum of 1 year lease. SERIOUS INQUIRES ONLY.

Residence is 40 mins away from Disney and Universal Studios. Proximity to major transportation networks, employment, entertainment, shopping and recreational opportunities.

Individual will be subject to a background check, per the HOA community's rules and regulations. Application fee to apply, paid to the HOA. I will reimburse the application fee, provided your background check clears and has no disqualifying factors. Reimbursement of fee will be provided at your move-in date.
